75cl bottle in Port la Foret, Brittany. Hazed gold appearance, well carbonated. Fresh vibrant gently scuzzy fruity character.. excellent brut.

Beautiful deep orange-golden. Sweet apples, rusty antique apples, old appleskin, mild ’Breton’ cheesy funk (very similar notes as local cheese). Medium sweet, light bitter. Hazy bright yellow w/short lived bubble action. Beautiful color. Sweet yellow apples, green appleskin, light moss, barnyard woodiness. Medium sweet.
