This is a double mash double stout which takes us 3 days to brew. We then matured it in Scottish Islay barrels to infuse those lovely smokey aromas.

Can. Color: Black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Dark roasted malt, notes of coffee, caramel, peat. Taste: Medium to over medium sweet, dark roasted malt, molasses, notes of black coffee, mocha, pretty strong peat and iodine. Moderate bitterness. Hints of liquorice. Nice complexity, well balanced. Full body, soft carbonation. Oily, thick texture. Smooth. Very nice, although in my opinion the non BA version was just a little more balanced and nicer.
