Bottle.Color: Hazy amber, very thin white head. Aroma: Subtle sourish and fruity, funky, leather. Taste: Balanced in between moderate sweet, sour and bitter. Fruity notes of yellow fruit, quince I presume. Some funk and pretty strong notes of leather from the wild yeasts. Oak and bit spicy cloves. Bittery finish with that leather and cloves notes again. Dry mouthfeel. Ok. I had to get used to it, but after a while it's pretty tasty.
