This beautifully balanced craft ale leaves you wanting more! Our Porter uses a gnarly blend of pale malts, crystal malt, roasted and blackened barley offering incredible flavours. The subtle blend of Northern Brewer, Goldings and Cascade hops helps gives this beer a complexity of flavours and aromas of coffee and dried fruits.

Bottle from the Happy Apple, Totnes. Dark reddish-brown with a small head. Understated porter in both aroma and taste with some smooth-roasted available, but not much, along with a very mild sweetness.

Bottle. Red Rock craft porter. Colr: Dark ruby, thin light brown head. Taste: Very smooth, notes of milk and dark chocolate and roasted malt. Just below medium sweet, light hopbitterness. Below medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth porter finish. Nice typical English style porter, a tad too much chocolate in my opinion.

330ml bottle, batch 854, shared with Finn at Union Rooms (JDW). Beige, bubbly head over a plain black body. Clingy lacing. Nicely roasted malts on the nose. Dark malty flavours of brittle caramel, chocolate and a backdrop of blackcurrant. Roasted bitter finish. Nice porter, just a little thin bodied (Plymouth 24.09.2016).
