In our Froawetsap series we always propose new hop varieties on the same recipe basis.
This Froawetsap contains barley malt, oats, wheat and hops, a lot of hops!
For this one we used Azacca and HBC 522.
Azacca is a hop known for its impressive citrus and tropical flavors that it imparts to a beer.
HBC 522 is a new hop that has not yet been given a name. In this beer it gives notions of pine and again the tropical taste.
Enjoy this beer, and do it quickly! A NEIPA is at its best when fresh. Show Less

7/VI/20 - 33cl bottle from the brewery (online order), shared @ home, BB: IV/2021, bottled: IV/2020 (2020-480)
Little cloudy orange to amber beer, big creamy dense off-white head, stable, very adhesive, stable, sticky patches of foam, like the foam on the sea waves, or like bath foam. Aroma: very floral, bit soapy, some peaches, apricots. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness up front, citrus, hoppy, grassy, bit sourish, little soapy, spicy touch, bit herbal. Aftertaste: grapefruit, nice bitterness, little soapy, herbal touch, more bitterness, zesty, grapefruit, some tropical fruits, zesty, citrus, nice!
Paired very well with breakfast burritos!
