We've achieved a tasty 0.9% abv by brewing our beer using malts that are relatively low in starch, by using less yeast and by fermenting at a cool temperature. A delicious, light amber ale with gentle floral/citrus aromas and caramel notes with good bitterness.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of light toffee and light fruit. Taste is more of the same. Decent body for the strength.

Bottle with Sarah’s Family in Kent. A mid copper coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma i sbrown berad, rye, pine needles, and a little liquorice. Flavour is composed of light watery brown bread, rye, spicy grains, woody pine. Palate is light and watery, moderate carbonation. Lingering metallic rusty penny.
