Black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate brownies, bourbon, oak, apple brandy clearly showing up, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with a fairly thick texture and soft carbonation.

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. black color, tiny coffee colored head. smells intense liquerish wood, vanilla, marzipan, light sherry, some raisins, bourbon, calvados, lovely smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of bourbon, whisky, some vanilla, some sweetness, bitter chocolate, spices, earthy, fudge cake. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of bourbon, vanilla and some chocolate notes. hmm, this is lovely, very expressive barrels, they blend together quite well, very good to drink. rather decatent.

Thanks Maakun! Black with tan head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts. Chipolatapudding, molasses. Massive sweet, big bitter. Nice stuff.

Can shared. Black with brown head. Massive chocolate, bourbon, soft calvados, pommeau, toffee, roasted malts, ash, light peppers, brown sugar, cinnamon, 🍪. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Thick full creamy sugary bodied, soft carbonation. Lovely!

Dark brown pour with a tan head. Notes of toffee, calvados, apple brandy, vanilla, oak, marshmallows. Smooth texture, intense barrel notes. Nice! The base beer was kinda 'meh' but, looking back, I can see the huge potential it had as a base beer for BA stuff. This is some top-shelf booze right here!

Can. Almost black. Soft roast, cookie dough, caramel, chocolate, vanille in the aroma. Thick mouthfeel. Sweet flavor, caramel, sweet apples, roast, chocolate and vanilla. Bourbon.

Can. Black pour. Rich aroma of fruity scotch, chocolate, licorice, dark caramel, vanilla, fruity booze, malt and mild spice. Taste has soft fruity scotch, caramel fudge, bourbon vanilla, sweet cherry, soft chili, malt, soft smoke, chocolate, subtle licorice, coconut, boozy apple, oak and a long fruity boozy finish. Took me a while to list all the flavors, this is incredibly rich. I love that they used Calvados and apple brandy, these barrels should be used way more, works so well with stouts. Amazing beer.
