Hazy golden with white head. Sour grain, lot of soft herbs and fruits. Sour, grainy, Nevely, tasty. Light sour, light sour.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy dull golden with white head. Bretty funk, almost lambic. Fruity herbs, minty, red berries, wheat, soft lactic sour. Almost medium sour, soft bitter and a hint of salt. Medium bodied. Lovely.

Pretty clear yellow blond to beige beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, lots of clean fruity brett, some peaches, floral, some lime blossom (linden tree, not from lime fruits), some marzipan, lovely stuff, very nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty nice acidity, lots of minerals, fruity notes, spices, bit floral, yarrow root, some citrus notes, soft bitterness, orange peel, parsnip, cinnamon touch. Aftertaste: herbal touch, spices, nice acidity, lots of lemon juice, orange peel.
