Draught at American Flatbread, 3/17/14
Pale golden body is lightly hazy and has a small white head atop showing moderate to poor retention.
Weak nose of light pils malt, bit of yeast fruitiness and light bubblegum.
Low flavor has a bit of honey-like sweetness, some vanilla notes and a moderate amount of acidity from the yeast. Actually fairly low on esters and phenols, all told, with bubblegum being the most prominent. Orange peel is noticeable. Very forgettable, light body, quite watery. Clean, though, and no flaws.

Tap at Opa Opa, 20/05/13. Clear pale blonde with a thin white cap that retains well. Nose is lemon, light spice, wheat. Taste comprises lemon, pale malts, corriander. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Doesn’t look much like a Belgian Wit, a below average stab at this style but palatable - thankfully from a tasting flight.

A light hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. A pleasant orangey wit with light sulfur notes. In mouth, an herbaceous wit with nice citrus notes, and cloves. Quenching. On tap at brewpub, Inbièrenationale IV, May 2007.
