Draft. Color is reddish, the foamy head collapses and soon fades. Taste is caramel malt, sweet, a bit of spice. Medium-bodied, prickly, robust. Okay.

Draught, Hofbrauhaus Miami Beach
Bright copper colour. Huge, fresh grain aroma with light caramel and freshly cracked malts. My goodness that is beautiful. Very caramelly, with light toast and a herbal hop underpinning. Beautifully balanced, with a firm alcoholic kick at the back.

Draught. Golden colour, creamy mediumsized white head, lacing. Strong aroma of raw baking pastry (breadish), sugar and malts. Flavour is strong sweet alcohol, pastryness. Aftertaste is sweet and yeasty. Not too pleasant, might be slightly unclean tap too. 4 2 4 2 8
Re-rate summer 2008. Draught. Deep golden colour with creamy mediumsized white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts along with some slight sweetness and also hops. Flavour is bready malts, some rather sweet herbal notes as well as a mild hoppyness. Quite warming touch in the finish, otherwise it hides the alcohol very well.

Draught
Dark golden color, big creamy white head, lace. Typical bock aroma: malty, fruity, a bit alcoholic. Wheaty yeasty flavor. Malty, the finish is alcoholic. Hints of grassy hops too. Basic bock, nothing more, nothing less plus propably slightly unclean tap.
