473mL can, pours a clear pale blonde with a large, long-lasting white head. Nose reveals the Galaxy dry hops upfront, followed by gentle oak, floral notes, and lactic acid. Flavour is only gently tart, with lots of lacto, floral dry hops, and fairly restrained oak on the finish. There's a touch of citrus acid towards the back-end, but this is mostly characterized by the floral dry hops and lacto. Perhaps there's a trace of butyric, but it's not all that noticeable. The lacto becomes more and more dominant with each sip and it's not all that pleasant. Not a fan.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Hazy blond colour. There's some light unwanted chemical, similar to acetone, but not offensive; it's a sharp, mild, sour beer, with some decent dry hopping.

16oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: almost clean golden with a white head. Aroma: Brett, some light weird vegetable notes, fruity. Taste: along the same lines, with quite nice fermented vegetable notes. Overall: it's pretty good.

It's dullish, pale. The aroma is not good. Phenolic, messy, even butyric like rancid milk. It's a bit gentler on the palate, but the wrong elements are still there. There's also some mellow galaxy, which I appreciate, and a mild lactic note. But when things go sideways on a fermentation, you can't dry hop your way out of it.

Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Grapefruit and green grass. Soured melon and grapefruit with a light tart finish.
