This is our interpretation of a dark take on a witbier with roasted wheat, cardamom and valencia orange instead of the pale wheat, coriander, and seville orange used in the classic. We then fermented it with our house brettanomyces culture to give it a Wild Ambition flair!

Heavy spice, like cardamom big time, and some mellow molassesy dark notes, light wheatiness, a bit too fizzy. For me, it's good, but not really my type of beer.

473mL can, pours jet black with a large tan head. Nose is full of lavender and coriander upfront, with a touch of brett and leather. Flavour is full of leather, some coriander, a little roast, and a touch of wild yeast. The leather and floral character is very prominent. Not remotely similar to Sun in Flight. Nice concoction.

Jet brown with a big frothy beige head. Cola sweet and perfumy notes. Peppery and bitter cola notes with some booze. Odd, but nice.
