Pours deep copper into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Dark caramel aromas. Crisp with caramel and dark bread upfront turning to sweet molasses in the medium length finish.

can. Translucent amber-red color with a small diminishing off white head. The aroma is mild, earthy in character, with soils, straw and roasted grains. The taste is more roasted grains, some caramel, malts, and straw. Palate is medium with prickly carbonation. Finishes dry and a tad sweet. Overall: More of a polotmavy than a marzen, but I liked it.

Caramel malt and hay aroma. Dark amber with large tan head. Mildly sweet toffee malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Smooth but pretty light flavor - not bad but disappointing compared to their collaborations.

Canned August 9th 2021.
Pours a clear amber with a long lasting head of foam.
Smells of caramel and bready malt, low sweetness level but lower bitterness level which fits the style.
Bready, nice caramel malt flavour, bitterness nearly non existent, easy drinking, good mouthfeel, an excellent non collaborative Oktoberfest from Sierra Nevada. Drink up!
