Birra rossa doppio malto ad alta fermentazione, dal color tonaca di monaco. La sua schiuma densa e persistente, una luppolatura quasi assente contribuiscono ad accentuare il sapore intenso di malto tostato, alternato ai sentori di caramello. L’alta gradazione alcolica la colloca tra le birre invernali più gradite.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a burnt amber with a bubbly off white to tan head. Aroma is dark fruit, raisin, rich malts. Taste is rich sticky sweet malts, caramel, dark fruits, chewy, molasses.
