Poured from 375mL bottle (pkg 08/09/2010; from the fiulijnator cellar). Clear amber gold with no head. Aroma has some strawberry, feint whiskey note, light acidity. Taste is ridiculously dry and astringent and band aids, disgusting garbage.

Bottle. Amber color. Remeins of red fruit in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with raspberries and vinous notes. Tart with a hint of licorice. Citrus. Alcoholic. The fruit had faded. This beer doesn’t age really well.

Bottle split at the full Abstrakt AB01 to AB25 tasting, #704/3200, big thanks to Kenny for my last Abstrakt tick 14/03/18. Hazy orange amber with a decent light beige head. Nose is plum duff, stewed fruits, whisky marmalade, orange peel, berry pips, strawberry jam. Taste comprises tangy berry fruits, earthy notes, light booze fumes, mellow barrel, sweet and sour bite. medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. This has held up very well ... great stuff for a 7.5 year old fruit beer.

Courtesy of Daniele; synthetic cork, bottled 08.09.10; April 2012
Hazy red-amber color, with very small head. Smell of fruit, yeast and alcohol, jam, cheese. Strong body, caramel flavor with some berries; quite hash alcohol and bitterness. Some late astringency and acidity. Unpleasant.
