Hoppipolla means jumping in puddles in Icelandic, much like this beer jumps between a Wit and West Coast IPA. Hopped with Summit, Citra + Galaxy with Orange Peel + Coriander added during the boil.

330ml can from Lidl. Clear dark gold with small white head, modest retention. Aroma of orange and spices, somewhat floral. Taste is bitter orange peel, coriander, pine, tart citrus. Dry mouthfeel, moderate slightly oily body. Maybe a touch too bitter and dry but its an interesting beer.

330ml can. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, toffee caramel and orange tangerine citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, earthy, mineral, light citrus, light pepper spice, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml can from Lidl. Deep gold in colour with next ot no head. A yeasty edge, stone fruits, grassy hops, grainy malts and a dryish finish. Ok.

330ml can from Lidl: BBE Apr 2022. Drank at home on 15th Nov 2020. Hazy orange body, white head. Citrus front to the nose and taste, the orange peel coming through well, without taking over completely, lightly spiced also, pleasant!

330ml can from the Lidl - Misty orange body, thin white head. Nose is big on the yeast, bready and a caramel sweetness. Taste has a herby floralicity (new word), can get that coriander, orange, sharp citrus peel. Long finish.

Keg at Drygate. It pours cloudy, creamy golden with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, foamy banana candy, warming spice, clove rock, herbal accents, orange marmalade. The taste is dry, bitter, spicy, pithy, wheat, herbal, bit of green banana, floral vibes, bitter orange peel and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent.
