0,45 l bottle. Pours light yellow with small, frothy, quickly dissipating head. Aroma is a bit of malt and cardboard. Taste is light sweet with practically no bitterness at all. Slick mouthfeel, light carbonation and rather watery body. Finish is short and unremarkable, more grain and cardboard. Rather terrible...

Gold, grainy, touch sour, and it's not bitter at all. The label says three types of hops, but I'm not getting any of that.

Pale lager from a brewery in Moscow - which, contrary to what it stated here, is apparently still active; label is slighly different, but the stubby, almost cheap wodka-like bottle is still in use, and different from any beer bottle shape I've seen so far. Thin and loosely structured, bubbly, off-white head, quickly reduced to a narrow ring of coarse bubbles over a golden blonde beer with vague 'old gold' warmth to it, penetrated by visible, but coarse fizz. Aroma of sourish cooked rice gone bad, bird seed, wet grass, withering leek, vague honey and chalk notes. Neutral, grain sweetish onset with a sourish edge as in most cheap pale lagers, fizzy carbonation, slick and thin body, cereally, with only the slightest grassy bitter touch in the end as well as plaster- and chalk-like notes, but also a weird but actually not really unpleasant, lingering honey sweet note in the aftertaste. An all-barley lager according to the label, but it still has something corny; utterly simple, cheap and neutral like the vast ocean of pale lagers still dominating the world, but in this particular class, I've had way worse - even from Russia. Not too off-putting, totally inoffensive really, with that sweet honeyish accent in the finish distinguishing it a bit from the countless others in this altogether very bland and boring style.
