Cool is an easy-drinking IPA fermented at a colder temperature than most ales for an exceptionally clean finish. As new as it is familiar, Cool combines Citra, Strata and Ekuanot hops and is brimming with aromas of vibrant tangerine and fresh mango. Like the simple pleasure of meandering through San Francisco on a cool, clear night, this IPA is a reason to fall in love with what was there all along.

pale straw color. Super clean palate, the flavors don’t come out as much, but excellent bitterness and nice citrus flavor. Overall very enjoyable

Can. Golden beer with a whitish head. Tropical fruit aroma. tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Godo bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger.

Poured from a 12 oz can dated June 29, 2020. Aroma is fairly hop forward with notes of orange blossoms, passion fruit, lychee, tropical citrus and tangerine. Light grain notes and a hint of alcohol. Faint diacetyl. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes to a small, thin, film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and lights alcohol spice with a hint of diacetyl. Medium light hop notes of orange blossom, tangerine, grapefruit and pine resin. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and somewhat crisp.with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer. It has a nice crispness to it and x solid hop aroma, but there is a touch of an off flavor and aroma.

Can. Thanks Felipe!! Pours clear golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, resin, pine, pot, grapefruit. Flavor is lighter sweet, light bitter. Light plus body. Clean finish. Crisp.
