Our newest session IPA might be small in ABV, but it’s massive in body and flavour.
The hyper-tropical blend of HBC431, Azacca and Idaho 7 hops releases an explosion of canned pineapple and mango with a touch of honey dew melon on the palate. The gentle finish of sherbet, mango and the faintest bitterness gives way to a malty fullness from flaked oats. The lingering sweetness from the lactose ensures that this beer coats every nook of your mouth. After drinking one of these, you’ll feel like Nick Birch!

Can. It pours a hazy yellow to golden colored body under a white head. The aroma is lightly perfumed, with a focus on grapefruit and generic citrus. Orange too. The flavor has a pleasant touch of biscuity pale malts, with the citrusy hops playing the leading role. Grapefruit, pine cones and resin, with some cellary, grassy notes, decent bitterness. It's full to medium bodied, quite dry, and with a pleasant carbonation. Long dry, bitter and fruity finish. 201107

From Borgerbottles. pours very milky, unclear yellow. Medium sized, frothy white head. Smell is intense, pineapple, sharp, tad grassy. Citrus. Taste is full, sharp, citrus, pine, mild bitterness , grainy (dry), bread and coockie (intense) . Pretty damn solid. Not as NE style (creamy , low bitterness, tropical) as the color suggests, but certainly creamy for the ABV. Interesting choice of hoparoma's that doens't really match expectations, but works very well nevertheless.

Pours an unclear pale yellow colour with an average sized white head that settled. Aroma is fruity, tropical, lychees, pineapple and sweet citrus. A moderately sweet taste, pale malts, grapefruit, oranges and tropical fruit and grassy hop flavours with a semi-dry bitterness.
