Łomża Miodowe is a beer brewed with natural honey from certified apiaries.
Through the combination of beer and honey, we have obtained a perfectly balanced, bitter honey taste with a delicate floral aroma. It tastes great when cold, and even better when gently warmed as its full flavour is revealed. A perfect choice for autumn and winter evenings.

The great ChrisO pre GBBF gathering. Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, modest fine carbonation. Big honey sweetness. Floralness and candy fruits. Mild citrus. Light finish. Amusing and very honey.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s pre GBBF shindig. 6/8/2016. Thanks to Daniel. Light hazed golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sweet honey, hint of lemon slightly artificial pear. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, honey, lemon, stale grains, thin. Palate is very sweet, lowish carbonation. Thin. Pretty artificial.

Bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is honey and floral. Med minus body. Flavor is honey/floral. Not much else. Malt is barely detectable. The flavor strangely begins to suggest berry. Reasonably dry. Not at all bitter. Never had anything like this.

Bottle. Clear golden amber with a dense white head. Aroma of honey: slightly earthy, cherry blossoms, some herbs. The honey dominance carries on though into the taste - the beer’s support and pretty faint at that. There’s some bread, grass and modest but welcome bitterness. I didn’t love it - just too much honey of a sort I didn’t really care for - but this is quite a characterful beer and I’m glad to have tried it.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, bottled on 4/15/2015. Pours slightly hazy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big floral/lemon citrusy honey; with cracker, bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with solid balance of honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big floral/lemon citrusy honey; with cracker, bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of honey, cracker, bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good robustness and solid balance of honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with zero yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and odd papery/grainy mouthfeel that is okay. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this was a decent honey pale lager. All around good robustness and solid balance of honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; and very smooth, clean, and easy to drink. It was a little weird at first, but I enjoyed the nice pronounced honey complexity in the flavors.
