Thick and bold adjunct stout with a base of Maris Otter malt. Added cinnamon, anise, cocoa nibs, lactose and oak chips give a feeling of Christmas cake. Brewed specially for our 3rd year anniversary.

Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of roast, dark malt, overripe dark fruits, licorice and citric notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with some sourness. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
