Can 33 cl. Pours black with an orange hue and a short, beige head. Fatty curtains in the glass. Sweet, chocolate roast aroma. Rich, sweet, chocolate roast with a hint of licorice as well. No real bitterness but some warming alcohol. 100925

Draught@Nolia Beer 2017, Umeå. Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown foamy head. Aroma is roasted malts, liquorice, some chocolate and mild ashy tones to it. Flavour is liquorice, alcohol, some ashes, roasted malts and mild wooden notes.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2018) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, espresso, liquorice, a touch of soy sauce and a balanced cacao bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made chocolate stout, nice for dessert. Nice one.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Almost black with a small head. Aroma and taste of chocolate sauce, some coffee and dark malt. The body was almost full and the finish dry. A pleasant one.
