33 cl bottle @ home (right before Winter starts). Clear golden blonde color. Dense white head, with a 1/2 cm retention and good lacing. Aroma’s: grassy and fruity hops, a bit of (sweet) spices retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with some grain & fruit for backbone. Light bodied, quite high carbonation. Finishes rather bitter and dry. Surely good for Summer.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 25 July 2013 & draught at the brewery, 26 July 2013) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, bready/wheaty malt, coriander and lemon. Fruity, malty taste with bread, citrus, pineapple and a fresh grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Bottled, BB Mar 2014, Nr 60, large sample. Cloudy golden color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, bit peppery, grassy hop, bit citrus, hint of onion. Medium bitter in taste, slight dry and crisp. It is exactly what it says to be: a hoppy blonde belgian ale. Maybe a bit too much onion and a bit harsh on the palate. But overall pretty neat beer.

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma of malts, orangepeel, some herbs or spices. Tastes almost the same: some malts, some herbs or spices, orangepeel, some bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Average beer imo.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of fresh hops, grapefruit, oranges, fruity yeast, a bit sweaty. Flavour is dry, quite hoppy, grapefruit, leaves, light yeasty, firm bitter finish. Light-bodied. Not sure about the style, but it's a nice hoppy blond ale that will do very well in the summertime. Good.
