From bottle outside De Bierkoning, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is quite funky with barnyard, cellar notes, fruity, prunes, and wood. Flavour is potently sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. Complex and amazing!

Bottle @ Borefts 2018, small sample. I think the label said bottled 28 Jan 2016? Hazy reddish color. No head. Aroma's: sourish, fruit stone/almond, a bit funky. Flavor is rather sour, fruity (plum). Light bodied. Long finish, fruity, plum, tart.

750mL bottled Dec 2nd, 2016, drunk 9/20/17.
Soft peachy-golden. Small but fairly dense white head shows good retention for the style. High clarity, sediment left behind. Well-carbonated.
Strong sulfur mixing with tart plum skins and a softer malt and fruit sweetness. Nothing aggressive whatsoever, which was concerning at first given how little (none) sourness there are to these "sours". But it's endearing after a while and clean and aromatic (clean minus the sulfur, whic I find enjoyable). No alcohol or flaw.
Soft and lightly malty with plum sweetness, light skun tannin and mild tartness from Brett. Lots of minerality, engaging, fine, natural carbonation and high attenuation.
