Bottle @ Anti-carnaval Tasting. Hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are moderately sourish, plums I guess, though I can’t say I obviously get plums, but it’s also got peach slightly and a sour-bitter and dry finish. Lovely.

Bottle @ carnaval @ benzai. Slightly hazy orange to amber colour with no real head. Smells mint, sour, fresh, fruity. Tastes sour, fresh, crisp, fruity, slightly mint. Love it. Medium body, nice carbo. Great stuff.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie. Courtesy of Simon F. Many thanks Simon F. Pours a glowing hazed reddish orange with thin white head. Aroma is bristling, thorny, funk. Taste is super crisp with very good sharp sour edge and a nice subtle fruity plummy integration. Could do with a little more fruit, but it’s a minor gripe with such a balanced crisp character as this.

Bottle shared at Dean’s Last THT. Very hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of sweet plums, tart plums, light funk and mineral notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice one!

Bottle at Deanso’s last THT. Hazy orange golden with off white head. Lots of plums, sour gooseberries, some funk, almonds, salty crackers, light pears. Very fruity with light funk and minerals. Over medium sour, light sweet and very light salty. Medium bodied. Especially the nose is really good.
