Liberty 4 is something completely new and unique! A beer with local ingredients such as Rye and Red Beet from the Abbey Shop, the WIKKE. Never used in beer as far as we know, and it results in a unique taste, color and experience! Packed with vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. After the last refermentation in the bottle, we aim for 6.5% ALC, which will end up in the vicinity of Libertus 1. We are already completely following the seasons of nature and the Abbey Garden.
