Stark fruchtiger Beginn nach Himbeeren, süß-säuerlich und damit authentisch - gemeint ist natürlich. Vollmundig fruchtig, mit der Zeit kommen Noten von Essig dazu, so dass eine Ähnlichkeit zu mildem Himbeeressig nicht von der Hand zu weisen ist. ABV: 6.5%. Hazy - murky medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, raspberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, raspberry, berries, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry, dry, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
