330ml bottle, picked up at the Sunday market, Amboise, Loire. Misty gold appearance, no remaining head. Aroma has some good witbier aromatics, a little orange fruit. Taste is surprisingly slick, a bit deflated, lacking a crisp sparkling edge and bitterness, although the floral witbier sweetness is there. Odd.

Wheaty, fruity and slightly spicy aroma, hints of banana, clove, a touch of orange peel and mustard seed. Taste is wheaty, fruity, hints of apricot and dried banana; watery as medical dietary broth.
