Clear gold blond beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bit sweet, some caramel, hint of diacetyl. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, soft bitterness, very rural character. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, grains,hay, sweet touch, very malty, cow fodder, grassy, little medicinal, dry finish, herbal touch.
