Can, 0.44l. Aroma of smoked meat, leather, caramel and dried fruit. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin creamy tan-like head, floating yeast particles and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and richly smoked malt, following is leathery, umami and dried fruity mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is average herbal bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Smoke malt, not weed…

Clear dark brown, beige head. Smoky, malty aroma, smoked ham, bacon. Sweet malty flavour, meaty smoke, some wood, caramel. Smoky, bitter finish, a little too sweet perhaps.

Can. Hazy amber brown low offwhite head. Nice woodsmoke aroma. Medium full dry mellow body. wood, smoked fish, peat, pleasant caramel sweetness, juicy malt, dry grassy and mineral notes. Very satisfying.

Can from Takanoya. Huge nose, smoked meats, smoked almonds, savory, caramel, hint of juniper. Deep reddish brown with a low head. Huge smoke, woody, roasty, bacon, sausage, hints of coffee, burnt wood, light maple syrup sweetness in the mid palate but finishes very dry. Rather light palate. Very original and delicious.

Burk från Glasbanken. Klar mahognyfärgad vätska med högt krämigt skum. Doft av chark, enbär och lägereld. Torr men mjuk och len, tjära, rökt skinka, mörkt bröd med bränd skorpa. Lång torr eftersmak. Trots att det låter kärvt är den riktigt drickvänliga och mycket harmoniskt. Djup och komplexitet. Riktigt riktigt gott.

Canned 440ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Brownish coloured, small beige head, pleasant smoke and caramel in the nose. Smoked malt, bacon, caramel and slightly grassy with soft bitter finish.
