Bottle, cellared for over 7 months. Dark copper pour, thick head. Nose is sweet booze, vanilla and malts. Taste is pretty much the same with a long, chocolatey, boozy sweet finish. Has a light body (too light in fact) and soft carbonation, drinks well below the ABV. A bit one dimensional and not so well rounded.

28/VIII/20 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ camping (Clermont-Ferrand, France), BB: 4/VIII/21 (2020-837)

Clear deep amber beer, small dense beige head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, slightly chemical, dried fruits, some carmel, hint of vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, bit sugary, some banana, sugary, dried fruits, quite some vanilla, bourbon, alcohol, nice. Aftertaste: sweet, syrupy, caramel, vanilla, some ripe banana, soft bitterness, alcohol, slightly chemical maybe, soft acidity, more alcohol on warming up.

Butelka 33cl (BB 04.08.2021). Słodowe, owocowe z nutką karmelu ze średnią goryczką, treściwe, bardzo smaczne.

Bottle from the Browarium Web Shop, Poland. Dark brown pour with a wispy white head. Nose of toffee,toffee apple, light bourbon, sweet malt. Red apple, oak. Flavours of toffee apple, bourbon, caramel, light oak, sweet spice. Long warming finish.
