Bottle from Lekkerbier, BB 06-05-2015, large sample. Slight hazy copper color, big frothy light brown head. Aroma of caramel, slight roast, bit toast, toffee, spicy yeast, slight mashed apples. Quite sweet in taste, burned caramel. Bitterness from burned and roastiness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Again, wonderful example of the style by the continuing surprising Praght brewery.

Dutch dubbel with off-white, unstable head and misty bronze colour. Aroma of caramel, liquorice, bayleaf, pear, banana; sweet fruity taste, some orange, caramel, somewhat chocolatey and bit honeyish malt sweetness, grassy hops in the finish along with some cloying sweetness. Good but perhaps a tad too much on the sweet side.
