Schuumend door de Arnhemse straten, op zoek naar iets lekkers. Dit zomerse witbier verrast je keer op keer. Tonen van citrus en banaan maken hem fruitig. Vlierbloesem en koriander maken Schuume juist een beetje kruidig. De hint van limoen zet je weer helemaal op scherp.

Pajiza, amarillenta nebulosa. De muy abundante espuma de buena retención y apariencia cremosa. Aroma propia del estilo, levadura, notas citricas y especiadas. En boca es ligera de cuerpo, punzante de gas, ligeramente excesivo y sabor muy agradable muy propio del estilo, malta de trigo, notas citricas y de vainilla.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het aroma is fris en gist achtig. Het heeft een frisse citrusachtige smaak.

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Lots of coriander. Moderate banana. Slight tartness the whole way through. Light-bodied, drinkable, not the most interesting.

Fles 33cl thuis. IBU11,5. Fruitig, koriander, licht banaan, wat orange peel, vlierbloesem, hoptonen, citrus, klein zuurtje, zoeten. Prima. (6-8-2022).

Bottle, 4.8%. Distinct coriander aroma. Clear shiny light golden colour. Sparkling. Big fizzy white head, but fairly stable. The flavour has a distinct coriander note with a clean orange peel touch. Refreshing and flavourful. A lot better than I expected considering the style.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly perfumed, spicy aroma, wheaty malty background, notes of coriander, a touch of banana. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly citrusy fruity, slightly spicy, hints of coriander, banana, some lemon and orange peel. Creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, creamy, foamy carbonation. Slightly coriander dominated, well balanced overall - nice.
