This beer was planned when we were in Brussels drinking with a friend at Moeder Lambic and we realized that the beers we love on those occasions are not so heavy in alcohol but with great yet delicate malt profile and with a bold dry hopping! Is there something better then sharing delicious fresh beers with friends?

Huge, fluffy white head over clear, metallic golden beer with fine carbonation. Grapey, fruity-estery nose, some rosewater, bit of ureum and resin. Again fruity flavours, sweetish. Hoppy, if nowhere bitter. Passion fruit, guava, citruspeel. Light body, bit hopoilslick. Very well carbonated. Light, decent, amusing. Txs to Stef!

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, melon, papaya, grass. Taste comprises bitter orange, pineapple, melon, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy enough sessioner.

A light yellow and murky beer, a head is big and white. Aroma is nice, fruitful and fresh, mango, mandarin, light spicyness. Taste has mango, some spicyness, unfortunately also some green notes. Medium bodied. Pretty nice, aromatic, but unfortunately there are those green notes.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en fruitig met iets van citrus en wat ananas. OK.
