Bottle. Color: Hazy amber, white head. Aroma: Sourish and bitter, herbal. Taste: Malt, yellow fruit, wild yeast funk, starting moderate to medium sour and moderate sweet with light bitterness. Stronger herbal bitterness from the Absinthe wormwood coming in towards the finish, finishing with over medium herbal bitterness. Fresh menthol mouthfeel from beginning until end. Medium body, below average carbonation. Wood hints, extremely dry mouthfeel. Another very nice typical Nevel Artisan Ales beer.
