The can says it's brewed in Kelowna. Their BC winery is in Kelowna so the question for me now is do they brew on site or contract out? This one has a vibrant amber colour, thin head, and a bit of haze. The aroma is caramel, maybe some earthy hop notes, lowish bitterness. Definitely getting into mainstream amber character here.

Medium foggy gold body, middling bleach white foam. Very faint hoppiness on the nose and a hint of malt if I imagine it just so. Flavour is muddy chewy malt, maybe vague hops, sharp finish. Poor carbonation. A very tepid pale ale, the Kings would definitely not win a Stanley Cup with it.

473ml can that pours a clean golden colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Weird aromas from the hops, unbalanced with the malts. Outdated oranges with some vegetable notes, mild wet socks. The taste is a little better with normal maltiness, but the hops are bugging me a tad. It does get better as it goes, as you get use to it (except the smell). The mouthfeel is fine with some nice dryness in the finish. Still, not a Pale Ale I would go back to, as not the Greatest.
