Can. Gold with a white head that collapses to a fat coat. Aroma is indeed vinous with grass, zest and melon Verdelho -like notes and clear oak as well as some yeasty crackers. A little sweetness and body, some acid, moldering fruit-like funk and peppery oak, then a finish that's like grape skins. Both clever and delicious.

Can for Carwyn Collaborational (now online instead of a Festival). They claim to mimicking a wine. If white wine was more like this, I'd be into said beverage. Spritzy, slightly chardonnay-like, but with enough hoppiness and barnyard action to keep my interest.
