Real change is here! No longer will American beer lovers be forced to choose between those quirky, eccentric beers of Belgium or the explosively flavorful IPAs of the United States.
We have brewed the change we have been waiting for!
Liberally hopped to an audacious degree, our Belgian Double IPA reaches across the aisle to bridge the seemingly contradictory brewing philosophies of the old world and new. Our beer uses generous portions of Pilsner and Vienna malts to give it its hazy golden color and rocky white head. Two independent dry hop additions of Simcoe, Chinook, Amarillo, Hallertauer, and Spalt put aside their differences to form a delicious coalition. Floral grassiness dominates the nose with fruity hints of bright citrus well represented. Its subtle spicy flavor comes from a Belgian yeast as well as generous doses of German hops in the kettle. These aggressive flavors are complemented by a determined bitterness and a full but dry finish.
All of these characteristics come together in a nonpartisan spirit of cooperation to form a beer that is both righteously flavorful and drinkable.
Enjoy!

Bomber bought @ Bierkompass.de. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy offwhite he’d that leaves some sticky lacing and trace while dissipating. Smell is sweet, fruity, phenolic and hoppy with crackers, peaches, pineapple, mango, papaya, sweet bread, grapefruit juice, orange zest, black pepper, resinous wood, honey, alcohol, banana bread, toffee, lemon zest, dried apricots, oily pine, freshly cut grass, lemon grass, dried flowers and lemon balm. Taste is sweet, bitter, fruity and phenolic with white bread, grapefruit juice, orange peal, resinous wood, unripe mango, pineapple, dried apricots, lemon grass, dark grapes, grapefruit rinds, honey and hints of sheet metal and mandarin oranges. Mouthfeel is round, slightly dry, very tiny tart, tiny alcohol and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, tiny sour and fruity with grapefruit juice, crackers, honey, unripe pears, lemon grass, orange zest, dried apricots, pineapple, alcohol, slightly dry grass and pine. Quite nice...

22 oz. bottle labeled as Cambridge Audacity of Hops. Snifter shows a cloudy, unclear golden color. Great head retention. Lots of lace. Nose is an amazing blend of juicy hops and some Belgian yeast. Taste is very much the same with an excellent balance of big wet hops and malt. Citrus and pine notes. Nice fuller body without a whole lot of bitterness. But don’t let that fool you…. Plenty of hops flavors. This was an enjoyable brew for me.

Blumig hopfiger, mild bitterer Start. Die Aromen des Hopfens werden intensiver, helles Malz, knackige passende Bitterkeit, die sich parallel zum Hopfen in seiner Intensität steigert. Fruchtig, frisch, gut! 8/11/12/12/11/11
