Aroma has peaches, grain and hay. Flavour is somewhat fruity with peaches, hay and hops. The hops grow stronger and more harsh towards the grassy finish. There’s some gooseberry bush notes that get stronger towards the end of the glass. Quite typical real APA.

(Cask at Angleterre, 20130327) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and harsh bitterness. Afteraste was fruity and bitter. Aroma was good but the harsh flavour was a disappointing surprise.

Pours clear golden orange with a bubbly head. Aroma of crisp lemony hops, hints of malts and caramel. Taste is smooth, sweetish and hoppy with notes of lemon, grass and citrus. Finish is hoppy and malty with some sweetness. Nice, quite balanced and easy going APA.

Liberty Bell Spoons. Light haze on this pale gold beer. Small bubbly white head. Light semi dry palate. Pretty reasonable juicy hops. Floral notes with nice citrus - orange, mild grapefruit and a trace of lemon. Dry finish. Not bad at all.

Straw colour..light haze...dense thin white head...good lacing. Aroma of citrus grapefruit hop, sweet light malts, quite of lot of citrus. Taste of grapefruit hops, orange, soft citrus fruits, light caramel malts, sweet bitter zesty at the back. Palate - soft carb, medium body, sweet citrus tang on palate, slightly soapy mouthfeel. Finish as main flavour, hint of light sherbet, good citus hoppy bitter finish, cleans well.
I was quite impressed with this - good go at a UK-style APA
