Bottle. Dark amber brown with a medium, light tan head. Aroma was heavy barrel scented. Taste was boozy, malty and wood barrel tasting.

Bottle. A- Dark fruits, oak, chocolate, booze. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Cherry, chocolate, sherry, whisky, oak, sweet. P- Full body, average texture, medium texture, slightly sweet finish. O- This was pretty good but honestly too many for a blend. At some point it's overkill. Surprisingly high carbonation and a lot of barrel influence. Not hot necessarily, but it just didn't allow the really good bits to shine through.

On draught at Pint Room Dublin during the Boulevard Pint Night event on 03/11/2020. Black pour with some brown around the edges and a medium khaki head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, whiskey, chocolate and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of rye whiskey, vinous oak, roast malt and chocolate. The finish is spicy rye and oaky whiskey. Good beer all around.

Draught @ Ginger Man (10/10/19). Clear dark brown with ruby red highlights, creamy dark beige head, woodsy mocha-rum aroma, smooth thick body, low carbonation, medium bitter dark chocolate-rum-oak-coffee taste, long rich mocha finish. Very heavy, but nice.
