West coast (San Diego) style IPA. Two-row, wheat and light crystal 15 malt makes for an IPA that is pale in color while C, TZSimcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops offer up the hoppy bitterness expected of the style. Big Citra dry hop makes for an unmistakable citrus quality on the nose.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with pungent piney hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, nice and smooth. On tap at TornoBasil, HNL Airport.

Tap at HNL on the way home. Clear golden pour, fine white head. Aroma is pine bitter hops, clean malt. Taste is similar - very straightforward SD style, but less dank. Resin, pine, light malt. Quite nice, especially for an airport beer. Nothing special but a solid example of the style.
