Hazy nut brown, good tanned head. Aroma has molasses, burned caramel, stinky like a glue. Medium to full-bodied,. Toffeeish sweet, burned sugar but not roasted flavors.A bit yeasty and sugary aftertaste.

[Bottled 2003 version] An amber beer with no head. The aroma is dominated by yeast, but also contains notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast and oranges before a dry bitter end sets in. A typical Dutch microbrew - dominated by yeast.

Sampled at Utrechts Bokbierfestival: Nut brown color, medium lasting head. All different kinds of tastes in it, fruity, sourness, sweet malty. But all are very weak, not a taste that is abundantly present. Overall decent bock, but weak taste.
