Pours pale greenish golden. Aroma is lambic, honey, green apple peel, green olive. Fizzy, fresh, seemingly dry but with enough residual sugar to be noticeable in the after-taste.

Bottle from Mercadona. Clear light yellow colour, fast disappearing white bubbles. Nose is dry, slightly sweet apples, sulphur. Flavour is sweet apples, artificial sugary, sticky, medium carbonation. Sweet and cloying finish.
