Gravity cask at the Pembury Tavern on 21st July 2010 during their summer festival. Copper with thin, part lacing white head. Caramel/molasses malt, slightly grassy hop with the latter in somewhat short supply. Touch of smoke and a hint of saltiness. Saline mouthfeel. When taken in large quantities, I noticed a slight chemical note popping up, which didn’t appear if taking small sips.

Cask conditioned at Sawyers, Potbelly brewpub, Kettering, 25-05-07. Poured amber with a slight haze, tasted fruity with some vanilla flavours, yeast and malt, quite nice.
