Gravity cask at the Pembury Tavern on 21st July 2010 during their summer festival. Copper with thin, part lacing white head. Caramel/molasses malt, slightly grassy hop with the latter in somewhat short supply. Touch of smoke and a hint of saltiness. Saline mouthfeel. When taken in large quantities, I noticed a slight chemical note popping up, which didn’t appear if taking small sips.
