A fantastically pale beer made with 100% low colour Maris Otter malt.

This gives a full hop flavour, and the hops are a generous blend of American Libeerty and the very trendy Mosaic hops giving lots of tropical & berry fruits enhanced by light spicy notes. A good bitter finish gives a very light and refreshing beer in our typical Abbeydale style.

Rating #2000. Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear yellow colour, white head. Aroma is massive lemon hops, fruits, light malted. Flavour is lemon, spices, coriander, hint of dry toasted bread, soft malty. Fairly bitter and dry finish. Excellent stuff, good sessionable.
