Wie alle Biere aus dem Hause Pinkus Müller wird auch Pinkus Alkoholfrei ausschließlich aus biologischen Rohstoffen hergestellt. Damit bei der Herstellung kein Alkohol entsteht, wird Pinkus Alkoholfrei nach dem Verfahren der biologischen Milchsäuregärung hergestellt. Komplizierte, physikalische Prozesse zum Alkoholentzug sind aus diesem Grunde nicht notwendig. Darum Pinkus Alkoholfrei, eine Erfrischung aus Bioland Malz und biologisch angebautem Hopfen.

Picked this up from Bio Organic supermarket in Nuremberg consuned at camping Oostdriessen, Eijsden near Maastricht, Netherlands, Thursday 7th June 2012 This alcohol free beer now appears to be called Pinkus Muller Honig Malz. Pours dark murky brown is unbelievably sweet and is a solid gold shocker. Awful I cannot drink this crap. Didn’t realise it was alcohol free when I purchased & consumed this but not surprised. A3 A3 T3 P2 Ov6 1.7

Medium, fine & dense white head over clear golden beer; Dusty grains, ryebread, dried Pumpernickel. Dry ryebread again, dusty malt and buckwheat, with a light citrus touch. Spritzily carbonated, grist slickness, light body. For a nablab, this is a worldbeater!

Bottle: A bit unclear, golden, big fluffy lacy white head; sweet grainy sour-doughy worty nose; light sweet flavour with the faintest illusions of bitterness, light bodied to thin as well; short sweet-bready finish. Sweet and monotonous......

Slight unclear golden with off white head. Yeasty, grainy - sweet taste. Watery body - very thin. Rather horrible grainy corn taste!

(33cl bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a medium-sized frothy white head. Sweet worty, grainy aroma, with herbal hops and notes of wet cardboard. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Almost cloying worty taste; slim and sweet grainy finish. I couldn’t finish this one.

Ein sehr merkwürdiges Alkoholfreies, denn es schmeckt sehr anders als andere seine Art. Der getreidige, sonst penetrante Geschmack ist hier recht angenehm, das ganze wirkt aber etwas künstlich süß. Im Nachgeschmack hat man dann das Gefühl, man hätte gerade Kornflakes gegessen. Sehr eigen, mir schmeckts zu merkwürdig! Test vom 6.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,1,3,5,10,3 - 3,85

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pale golden beer with a thick, rocky head - this actually look a bit like a Hefe. Has some very bready notes - rye bread that is. Weird sweetness and no biterness at all. The Pinkus guys really got this wrong. 200502

Sour, sharp honeyish wort aroma. Golden, a lot of champagne bubbles, big fluffy head with lacing. Weird sugary wort flavor, not much hops. Very light body.

The aroma is like so many low-alcohol beers - dominated by a weird sweet hoppyness with notes of brewmash. The color is a hazy light orange and it has an impressive head - for a non-alcoholic beer. The flavor is sweet with a light touch of malts and a lot of aroma-hops. It ends on a slight bitterness. The palate is totally missing. All in all a standard low-alcohol beer - nothing special here.
