Is a dark, golden-amber autumn ale. It isn’t too dry and leaves a pleasant lingering bitterness in the mouth.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is slightly fruity. Favour of biscuit malts. Bitter and dry finish.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough Market. Chestnut colour, lasting beige head. Smells of pork, but the beer is quite good. Pork crackling and apple sauce. Yeast pork aroma, good condition, ok malts and good earthy hops. Different and porky, plus the hops are good.
