Bottle at Projekt. Hazy pale brown body, off-white head. Orange peel, herbal atoma, bit of phenolic yeasty notes as Ogi poured out the bloody yeast shot to everyone... Lean dry taste, bit caramelly, orange, lightly herbal, low ugly yeasty notes... Shame they bottle condition.

33cl Fles van :Projekt. Mistig oranje-amber kleur, witte kraag. Harsig, citrus, caramel, hint van tabak, melanoidin, licht aards, bittere finish. Helaas stootte ik m’n glas om en was het na 2 slokken gedaan. Degelijke IPA.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, ripe tropical fruit, citrus and a bit of sweat. Pours clear amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart ripe tropical fruity, citrusy and bready, following is herbal and honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Butcher man…
