UNES Maccagno 28.03.25

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

Fancy 0.5l bottle courtesy of Ogi, shared with Hrabren as well. Hazy brownish-amber body, beige head, small. Huge aroma - bubblegum, pear, big caramelly maltiness. Lean tart taste, caramelly maltiness, yeasty, dusty, peppery. Bit disappointing taste-wise, but still passable overall.

Thanks heavy and Erna for sharing. Poured a clear dark amber body with a lasting off white head. Soft, dusty aroma, caramel and flowers. Interesting. Dry, caramelly taste. Too dry, bit overcarbonated, but an underlying citric touch keeps it surprisingly drinkable. Again, simple but flawless really and quite drinkable, especially for the ABV. 8/6/6/6/6.5 30/12/16 10:14

0.5 l fancy bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Italy, shared with Marko and myself. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Pleasant malty, fruity aroma, dried fruit, some honey, some tart red fruit. A spicy touch, also slighlty earthy hoppy. Tart red fruit and dried fruit aroma, malts, some spice. Some phenols, some hops, some fruity esters. Some candy sweetness. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Lasting finish, a bit sweet. Some warmth.
