Using a super attenuator in the boil we have managed to create a low perceived bitterness, whilst retaining a solid tropical hop profile. By adding Ekuanot hops, we've created vinous notes by giving a character resembling Brut Champagne. These features consolidate, resulting in a crisp and truly distinctive IPA.

Keg at IMBC. It pours clear bright gold with a medium white head. The aroma is perfumed, sweet, white grapefruit, gooseberry fool, biscotti, melon and brioche. The taste is firmly dry, crisp, white grape, gooseberry fool, minerals, straw, vinous and fruit cordial with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Soft, easy going. Not bad.
